Shar’-Lin Anderson is Program Manager for the Program in Writing and Communication. She has worked at Rice since 2007, holding positions in the Office of Development and the former Program for Communication Excellence. In her previous role as Program Coordinator, Shar’-Lin was instrumental to the successful opening of the CWOVC and the expansion of Rice’s previous communication program into the Program for Writing and Communication. Prior to arriving at Rice, she was a Claims Adjuster for Allstate Insurance, the manager of several processing units at an Allstate print facility, and a content manager for CVS Caremark. Shar’-Lin received a BA in English literature from the University of New Mexico and a BS in health information administration (summa cum laude) from Stephens College.
