Asia Youngs-Bailey, CAPC Program Coordinator

Asia Youngs-Bailey is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Academic and Professional Communication (CAPC) and the Fondren Fellows program at Rice University. She brings a professional background in higher education administrative support, DEI initiatives, K–12 art education, and non-profit operations. In her role at Rice, she provides operational and administrative coordination while supporting student programming. Outside of her work in higher education operations, Asia is an interdisciplinary artist with a primary focus in photography and experience in curatorial practice. Her work has been featured in exhibitions across Texas, including at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
