Hello! I'm Max, an English and Anthropology major and French Studies minor from Lovett College. My research interests include modern European thought (especially since Nietzsche), political theory, experimental cinema, and poetics. In my free time, I like to listen to music (I'm a huge fan of orchestral and operatic music, like Beethoven and Wagner, but I also love 90s indie rock and folk music), writing, and watching movies. I'm also a proud editor of the Backpage, the Thresher's satire section.
