Students will be introduced to tools and strategies that will help them understand and learn new words and phrases from a variety of sources—from emails and news sites, to assigned readings and reports. Additionally, students will discover tools to aid them as they learn how to use new vocabulary in appropriate contexts. Participants will learn to approach every encounter with English as an opportunity to expand their vocabulary. Students are expected to complete short assignments based on selected reading and writing samples and will be offered individual consultations. Limited to 15 participants.
